01 Inquiry
Please fill out the inquiry form and click the "Send" button. We will generally reply to you within 24 hours.
02 Meeting
We can meet with you online or in person. We can also visit your office or nearby your place.
Online meeting is free of charge, however, in-peron meeting is subject to a 5,000yen as a meeting fee.
If you request us a visa application, the meeting fee will be deducted from the application fee.
During the meeting, we will explain the visa application process, precautions, schedule of the application, and estimate.

03 Preparation
If you are satisfied with the estimate, please submit a formal request.
We will send you a list of documents required for your application. Please gather the necessary documents. In parallel, we will prepare a set of visa application documents.
04 Submission*
Once all the documents are in order, we check them and if there are no problems, we apply to the Immigration Bureau. Alternatively, you may apply by yourself.
※If we have to travel to a distant immigration office, you can choose to apply by yourself or we will charge you a travel fee.
*If request for additional document from immigration office come in after the application, we will respond them as soon as possible.
05 Payment
You will receive an invoice for the application fee, Please transfer the amount within 2 weeks.
※No refunds will be made after the application is submitted.

How We Process Your Visa Application
Our Fees
Fees are approximate. The fee may increase or decrease depending on the type of visa, the number of applicants, and the circumstances at the time. In addition to this fee, actual expenses (transportation, proxy billing for public documents, international shipping, etc.) will be charged.
The exact fee will be quoted after hearing the details of the case, but We will inform you of the full amount in advance. We will only accept the contract if you are satisfied with the fee.
In addition to the visa application fee, we may charge actual expenses incurred.

Renewing your current Visa
All prices include tax.
Simply Renewing: from Half of the fee for Changing/ Entering
If you have changed jobs, etc. Same fee as Changing/ Entering
Visa for Entering
This is called Application for Certificate of Eligibility.
This is an application to invite a foreign national residing abroad to Japan.
This application is for those who wish to invite family members living overseas or employees from overseas to Japan.
Changing Current Visa
This is an application to change the visa of a foreigner already living in Japan. This is applicable to cases such as when a foreign student is employed in Japan.
Renewing Your Current Visa
The renewal application is for extending the expiration date of the current visa.
Types of Visa Applications
Payment Methods
Half of the application fee is transferred after application.
The other half will be charged as a success fee.
After Application (After the application is submitted)
Half of the Fee + Actual expense
After Receiving the Approval Notice
Half of the Fee + Actual expense + Residence Card Issuance fee
Re-application is free of charge if the application is not approved. In such cases, we will prepare the documents and apply for the visa free of charge, and only a success fee will be charged after the visa is obtained.
If the Visa is Granted:

If your visa is approved, we will ask you to pay the remaining half of the amount and the resident card issue fee.

You will receive a new resident card.
If the Visa is not Granted:

We will go to the immigration office together with the client to ask the reason of disapproval. If there is still a possibility that the visa will be granted, we will reapply for the visa.

We will take the reapplication free of charge. However, if there is clearly no possibility that the visa will be granted even after reapplication, or if there is a false declaration on the part of the client, we may refuse the reapplication.
