Q, Can you do all the paperwork for me?
Yes, we can prepare all the necessary documents, including the application form, statement of reasons, and other necessary materials, except for public certificates and other certificate that you need to prepare on your own.
Q, What is a statement of reasons? Do I have to submit it?
Statement of Reason is a logical explanation of how you meet the requirements for a visa and should be submitted in principle.
You will be required to submit various supporting documents to back up the content of your Statement of Reasons.
Q, I would like to check the contents of the Statement of Reasons, but I cannot read difficult Japanese.
If you wish, we can provide you with an English translation of the Statement of Reasons. Please let us know.
Q, To what extent are consultations fee?
General consultations by phone, email, and online interviews are free of charge. Fees will be charged from when consultation with the Immigration Bureau is necessary, when investigation is required for a special case, when documents are checked, and when an actual face-to-face interview is conducted.
However, these fees will be waived or deducted from the application fee if you request us a visa application.
There is absolutely no automatic charge for this service, so please consult with us first.
Q, Are there any additional fees?
In addition to the application fee, actual expenses may be charged. If you request us to handle your visa application, we will provide you with an estimate after asking you for details. There are no additional costs other than those listed in the quotation.
Q, What are the expenses other than application fee?
There will be transportation costs, Domestic and international shipping costs (if necessary), and fees paid to the immigration office at the time of issuance of the resident card.
In addition, if the client wishes us to go to the immigration office to check the progress of the application after it has been applied, we charge 3,000 yen for transportation and waiting time at the immigration office.
Q, Can you also obtain public certificates and other certificates on my behalf?
No. The fee only includes the preparation of immigration application documents and does not include the cost of obtaining public certificates on behalf of the applicant. This is available for an additional fee.
Q, Can you provide translation services?
Basically, we do not provide translation services other than English translation of the statement of reason. Please ask us if you are unable to translate your documents by yourself.
Q, When should I pay the fee?
Half of the fee plus expenses will be paid after the application is submitted as an application fee.
The other half of the fee plus expenses will be paid when the permit is granted as a success fee.
Q, How long does it take to apply?
It depends on the type of visa, but on average, it takes about 2 weeks from the time we receive your request. However, there are some parts of the paperwork that cannot be completed without the client's documents, so we ask for at least one week after the client's documents have been prepared. If you are in a hurry, please ask us for an earlier application.
Q, If my application is not approved, do I have to pay to reapply?
Basically, reapplication is free of charge. We will ask you to pay half of the application fee after the application is submitted, and half as a success fee only if the application is approved. Even if the application is not approved, the application fee is non-refundable, but we do not charge a new application fee for reapplication.
Q, Where can I start to recover from a previous rejection?
As long as the reasons for the denial can be resolved, it is possible to reapply for a permit.
Q,Is there any guarantee that a permit will be granted?
No. The fee does not guarantee approval. The application to the Immigration Bureau may be rejected for various unforeseeable reasons. Even in the event of a denial, half of the fee for application fee will not be refunded. However, you will not be charged a new application fee to reapply.
Half of the fee for success fee is due upon approval.
